    These terms and conditions regulate the agreement between FLIPA TOURS and the client, through the website www.flipatours.com
  2. Hiring procedure.
    In order to place an order through the website, the customer must be of legal age (18 years or older). Minors are excluded.
    2.1. Product availability.
    The tours published on this website are limited, so the completion of an order through the website is subject to their availability.
    2.2. Right of FLIPA TOURS to cancel an order.
    FLIPA TOURS reserves the right to refuse any order, cancel it or not accept a confirmed order for the following reasons: A technical or pricing error occurred on the website when the order was placed. The product listed in the order is not available. The payment information provided was incorrect or unverifiable. Security systems indicate that the order is anomalous or may be fraudulent.
  3. Price and payment.
    3.1. Prices and currency.
    The prices presented on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) and are only valid for orders placed online through the website itself. These prices are expressed in euros (€).
    3.2. Payment.
    To pay for the order, the customer can do so using a debit or credit card (through a virtual POS provided by the bank). The charge will be made after confirmation of the order.

3.3. Price changes.
The prices that appear on the website are subject to change. FLIPA TOURS reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, upon receipt of order confirmation, the prices payable for said order will not be changed.

  1. Changes and/or cancellations
    Reserved tours may be rescheduled depending on the availability of FLIPA TOURS. You must contact FLIPA TOURS at least one week before the agreed date.
    Tours may be canceled. If canceled more than 7 days in advance, a full refund will be granted.
    If the cancellation is made between 7 and 2 days before the start of the tour, a refund of 30% of the value will be made.
    Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the start of the tour will not be refunded.
  2. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction.
    These legal conditions have been drafted under Spanish law. In the event of a conflict in the interpretation of these conditions, the competent jurisdiction will be the Courts of Madrid.
